CPS Lives Artist Jeff Phillips was interviewed by ABC 7 on his recent projection of works onto the streets of Phoenix Military Academy. Philips has been working with the school on a special project, in which his photographs of the student life are visible through the windows of the building in the night time sheets of Chicago.
