Join the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy and the Smart Museum of Art in celebrating the opening of John Preus: Adapation, a site-specific installation at the Keller Center staging reclaimed furniture from closed public schools.

With Adaptation, Preus builds on his past work and a residency at the Smart in order to create a functional installation that will be activated by the staff, students, policy-makers and faculty at Harris in collaboration with community members, artists, architects, educators, and others. The opening reception will be from 4PM to 7PM.
