Ludvig Peres is one of the selected artists for the Individual Artists Program (IAP) grant from the Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events for his project, From a Blue Sky. From a Blue Sky is an ongoing project meant to illustrate hardships students face in their daily lives that go unnoticed within the walls of the schools.
